This policy explains how Fimo Labs (“we”, “us”) handles personal data for Parent Check In, a service where Sona, a voice assistant, calls your parent once a day and sends you a short summary on WhatsApp.

What we collect

• About you: your name, email address and WhatsApp number.
• About your parent: their name and phone number, and the details you share to personalise the call, such as language, call time and medicines.
• From each call: the call recording, the transcript and the call summary. These may include health and wellbeing notes, such as whether medicines were taken, mood, food and sleep.

Why we use it

We use this data only to make the daily calls to your parent and to send you summaries and alerts about those calls. We also use your contact details to manage your account and subscription and to reply when you contact us.

Who processes it for us

We share data only with the service providers we need to run Parent Check In:

• Supabase stores our database.
• Bolna places the voice calls.
• WhatsApp, by Meta, delivers your messages.
• Razorpay processes payments. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
• An AI model provider turns call transcripts into summaries.

These providers may only use the data to provide their service to us.

Your parent's consent

Before the first call, you confirm that your parent knows about Parent Check In and has agreed to receive the calls. Sona always introduces herself as a voice assistant calling on your behalf, and never asks for money, bank details or OTPs.

How we protect it

Your data is stored securely, with access limited to your own account. We never sell your data, and we never use it for advertising.

Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete your data, or your parent's data, at any time. Email pm.ferozmd@gmail.com from the email address on your account. We will delete it within 30 days of your request.

Changes and questions
